Imaging 411 Service and Support Agreements

To complement their industry leading 120 day on-site warranty that includes all parts, labor and travel. Hitachi customers may purchase warranty uplifts and ScanKits to ensure maximum production with their scanner and that it remains running and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Basic Service. May be purchased at the same time the scanner is purchased or post warranty, Basic Service Agreements extend the warranty terms to an entire year or multiple years and includes one PM (consumables are not included in Basic Service Agreements).

Scan Kits. May be purchased at the same time the scanner is purchased or post warranty. ScanKits provide maximum protection and cost management for your Hitachi scanner. In addition to extending the basic warranty terms to an entire year, ScanKits provide 3 PM's and includes all scanner consumables with multiple year options available..
